Shipping Coverage
Sleepy Sloth currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within one to three working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods such as product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard UK delivery options which are displayed at checkout. Delivery costs are calculated based on your order and selected shipping method. Any free shipping offers or thresholds will be clearly shown during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or peak periods such as Christmas. Sleepy Sloth is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will always do our best to support you if an issue arises.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Sleepy Sloth cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the parcel.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. Parcels are considered lost only after the courier has completed their investigation. Where confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and items. This allows us to assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Sleepy Sloth is committed to reducing environmental impact. Orders are packaged using recyclable or biodegradable materials wherever possible, while still ensuring your items arrive safely. We continually review our packaging choices to improve sustainability.
Returns and Exchanges
